The Oregon Savings Growth Plan (OSGP) is proud to offer a flexible retirement program for public employees. As the recordkeeper, Voya Financial works closely with OSGP to assist employees in understanding their retirement benefits. Services are provided in the form of individual meetings, group presentations, and a variety of online tools.
